Terms And Conditions

 

General
  1. The Contract made by you on-line with us, Live Aquatic Food Online, incorporates these terms and conditions.
  2. Do not proceed with your purchase until you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
  3. We ensure that every effort is made of the accuracy of our website, however some details on the site may change from time to time. 
  4. Live Aquatic Food Online may change the terms & conditions without prior notice.
  5. Live Aquatic Food Online aim to have goods up until 5pm Monday, dispatched on time unless otherwise stated (subject to stock). 
 
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
  1. On the rare occasion that the products arrives dead, the customer should contact Live Aquatic Food Online on the day of delivery
  2. Customers should contact us via email - info@liveaquaticfoodonline.co.uk, with clear photographic evidence, which is required for all claims.
  3. If you can not provide photographic evidence then the products must be returned to us at the customers cost within 24 hours. 
  4. Live Aquatic Food Online will not replace or refund if these terms are not met in full. 
 
Payment
  1. Live Aquatic Food Online reserves the right to change its prices from time-to-time without notice.
  2. The prices will not be altered once we have received and accepted the customer's order.
  3. After the provision of the goods purchased by the customer, any monies paid will be non-refundable, unless goods are faulty.
  4. Different methods of payments will be made available to the customers, however the company reserves the right to alter payment methods, reject payments or accounts and in such cases full refunds will be provided to the customers.
  5. Payment will be taken in full at the time of order. No goods will be shipped prior to receipt of payment in full.
  6. If you cancel your order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price.

Delivery
  1. Orders are shipped Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. We do not ship on any other weekday or weekends.
  2. 'Working Days' means Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank or Public Holidays.
  3. Should your order not arrive using Royal Mail delivery service, we will not refund, or exchange items lost until after 15 working days. Royal Mail do not consider items lost until after 15 working days. 
  4. Customers should contact their local post office to ensure delivery has not been sent back for collection/re-delivery. 
  5. Should the customers order not arrive on the expected delivery day via next day tracked service the customer must contact Live Aquatic Food Online by 5pm that day. Should no contact be made to notify Live Aquatic Food Online that the goods have not arrived on the notified delivery date then Live Aquatic Food Online reserves the right to not refund the goods purchased. Shipping cost for the entire order will not be refunded on any occasion.
  6. Customers must notify Live Aquatic Food Online via email within 5 days if goods have not arrived by our standard service. Replacement goods or refund will not be issued if after the 5 days have passed and Live Aquatic Food Online have not been informed of the undelivered items. 
  7. Whichever delivery method you choose, please ensure you are able to receive your order on the day it is delivered. Should you not be available to receive your order on the date it is delivered via Royal Mail, or any other courier and your live food perishes, Live Aquatic Food Online will not replace or refund your item.

  1. Live Aquatic Food Online has used reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of its website but makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the nature or accuracy of any material on the website and cannot accept liability for any particular material on the website or as a result of any use of or reliance placed upon information contained within its website.
  2. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our service is done at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your own computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

Warranty & Return
  1. Live Aquatic Food Online is committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on the rare occasion that products are found to be faulty or defective, and in keeping with our commitment to provide customers with excellent service, we offer the returns facilities set out below. 
  2. All goods supplied by Live Aquatic Food Online are warranted to be generally free from defects and materials, and fit for the purpose for which such goods would normally be used. 
  3. Live Aquatic Food Online do not sell products on a trial basis. 
  4. In the event that products are returned due to failed / refused delivery, Live Aquatic Food Online, at its discretion, agrees to accept the return for credit. The goods must be unopened and in perfect condition. All good returned in these circumstances will be subject to a handling fee of 10% of the value of the goods. Postage is non-refundable.
